Real Madrid deals a historic sho.ck to Pep Guardiola and signs two resounding deals from Manchester City

Real Madrid and Manchester City are engaged in fierce competition not just on the field, but also in their pursuit of top players worldwide. Jude Bellingham’s potential move to Real Madrid might not be Manchester City’s last setback, as reports suggest Real Madrid is nearing agreements to acquire two players desired by Pep Guardiola.

Pep Guardiola is keenly aware of this situation but has not been able to secure all the players he covets. Some have ended up at the Santiago Bernabeu and have contributed to Real Madrid’s successes, including their recent Champions League triumphs.

According to reports from Defensa Central, Alphonso Davies and Florian Wirtz are the players Pep Guardiola is particularly interested in signing. However, Real Madrid poses a significant obstacle in their pursuit, showcasing formidable off-field prowess in securing talent. It’s reported that Real Madrid is close to finalizing a deal for Davies this summer and eyeing Wirtz for 2025.

“They take the best players, and we must improve in this regard,” Guardiola reportedly expressed to City management after losing out on the Bellingham deal last year.

The network’s conclusion is that Manchester City, despite its substantial financial resources, struggles to match the strategic acumen of Florentino Perez, particularly in negotiating deals and contracts with the world’s top talents.
