Following his transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Real Madrid, French star Kylian Mbappe has made his initial requests to president Florentino Pérez. Mbappe is set to play in his first official match for Real Madrid in the European Super Cup against Atalanta, with the opportunity to win his first title with the club. The French forward is eager to make his mark at Real Madrid, aiming to etch his name in the club’s history and follow in the footsteps of his idol, Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to the Spanish program “El Chiringuito,” Kylian Mbappe has requested Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez to pursue Moroccan Achraf Hakimi for a transfer next summer, despite Hakimi’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain running until June 2026.

The report states that Mbappe is eager to play alongside Hakimi in a Real Madrid shirt, believing that Hakimi would be a valuable addition to the team, especially as the legendary Dani Carvajal ages. Notably, Hakimi previously played for Real Madrid from 2016 to 2020.

Real Madrid aims to acquire a top-tier right-back to eventually succeed Dani Carvajal in the coming years.
