Madrid press impressed by Barcelona star, calling player: Pure talent

Barcelona has made a historic start to the La Liga season under the guidance of German coach Hans Flick, winning all four of their opening matches and securing the top spot from the start. Barcelona supporters are hopeful that the team will maintain this positive momentum to widen the gap from Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, aiming for an early title win—a feat that would be remarkable given the club’s current challenges.

Regarding this impressive start, the Madrid press has praised Barcelona star Pau Coparsi for his outstanding performance in the recent match against Valladolid. Coparsi played a key role in Barcelona’s 7-0 victory over Valladolid at the Montjuic stadium during the fourth round of the Spanish League.

The Spanish newspaper Marca has hailed Coparsi as a prodigious talent, highlighting his impressive performance in defense under German coach Hans Flick. Despite being just 17 years old, Coparsi leads Barcelona’s defense alongside Inigo Martinez, Jules Kounde, and Alejandro Balde. Marca notes his skillful passing and his ability to make intelligent plays whenever he’s on the field.

The Madrid newspaper goes beyond labeling Coparsi as merely a strong center back, emphasizing that his sharp focus impresses coach Flick. Additionally, Coparsi’s contribution to the attack was evident as he assisted in the first goal of the match, scored by Brazilian Rafinha Diaz.
