Liverpool fans have made their mind up about one player after their 3-1 Champions League win over AC Milan.
The Reds journeyed to San Siro for their first game in the new Champions League format and came away with three points.
Arne Slot’s team faced a tough start when Christian Pulisic scored for Milan in the third minute, with former Chelsea teammate Alvaro Morata assisting.
Liverpool responded in the 23rd minute with a goal from Ibrahima Konate, followed by Virgil van Dijk heading in a corner to give them the lead.
They maintained this lead until the 67th minute, when Dominik Szoboszlai scored from close range to make it 3-1.
However, Reds fans highlighted Cody Gakpo, who assisted Szoboszlai’s goal, as the standout performer, with some suggesting it was his best game for Liverpool.
