Hansi Flick surprises Barcelona fans and announces the arrival of 3 strong reinforcements to the team in the coming period

Hans-Dieter Flick will soon welcome three new signings, providing Barcelona with more squad options. However, injuries to Dani Olmo and Fermin Lopez, sidelining them for a month, have impacted the team. Fortunately, the German coach expects to regain several players in October.

According to the Spanish newspaper El Nacional, Ansu Fati is the closest to returning. He made his first appearance against Monaco in the Champions League, playing the final minutes, even though he was absent for the Girona match. While Fati needs time to regain full fitness, the current injuries in the attack may allow him to find his rhythm again.

The club is also looking to lower its wage bill and may consider offloading Fati in the winter transfer window, though some are hopeful he can return to his previous form and become a key asset for the team. Additionally, Frenkie de Jong is nearing a comeback after nearly five months recovering from an ankle injury, and despite missing pre-season and the European Championship, he is finally optimistic about his recovery.

If Flick can return to form, De Jong is likely to become a crucial player for the team, providing significant depth to the Barcelona squad. Meanwhile, Pablo “Gavi” is anticipated to return before November, although the team is taking a cautious approach due to the severity of his injury, which has kept him sidelined for almost a year.

Flick believes in Gavi’s abilities but recognizes the importance of gradually reintegrating him into Barcelona’s dynamics to prevent any setbacks.
