Al-Khelaifi tells Luis Enrique that he will go to sign the most important player in Barcelona’s starting lineup

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is actively pursuing one of Barcelona’s standout players this season. PSG has a history of targeting top Barcelona talents, from Neymar to Ousmane Dembele. Recently, reports emerged that Al-Khelaifi made a formal offer of 60 million euros for Raphinha, but Barcelona firmly stated he is not for sale.

Raphinha’s strong performances early in the season have caught attention, showcasing his attacking prowess and vital role in coach Hansi Flick’s plans. With Barcelona’s commitment to keeping him, Al-Khelaifi remains undeterred. He has a track record of aggressively pursuing targets, and his initial offer may signal further efforts to bolster PSG’s attack in future transfer windows.

Barcelona officials, led by Joan Laporta, remain confident about retaining Rafinha, recognizing his crucial role in their competitive vision. The Brazilian has thrived at Camp Nou, fitting seamlessly into the team’s style and expressing satisfaction with his current environment.

On the other hand, Paris Saint-Germain aims to entice Rafinha with a lucrative contract, highlighting their ambition to make him a key player under Luis Enrique. While they understand the challenges of competing with Barcelona for his signature, they believe financial incentives and the allure of playing alongside other stars might influence his decision.
