**Barcelona Star’s Departure Stuns Fans**

“Before signing for Barcelona, I was facing a tough time,” Aubameyang shared. “I was battling depression related to my father’s health and turned to drinking. Barcelona provided me with a chance to turn my life around, and I’m forever grateful for that.”
He also expressed his enjoyment of playing there, saying, “I’ve never had as much fun training and playing football as I did at Barcelona. I even showed up for training on my days off, which reflects how much I loved it. It was an amazing experience, and I wish I could have stayed longer.”
Regarding his departure, he expressed disappointment, stating, “I hoped President Laporta would give me a better opportunity to stay, but ultimately, he explained that Barcelona’s financial constraints made it impossible. It still hurts today.”
Aubameyang now plays for Al-Qadisiyah in Saudi Arabia, having transferred there this summer for 9 million euros. Despite this new chapter, he cherishes his memories of Barcelona and the significant impact the club had on his life.
