Rafinha asks Hansi Flick to remove this player from Barcelona’s starting lineup

Barcelona achieved a vital 3-0 victory over Deportivo Alaves on Sunday, solidifying their position at the top of La Liga. Polish striker Robert Lewandowski shone in the match, contributing to Barcelona’s tally of 24 points from 9 games, putting them 3 points ahead of rivals Real Madrid. This win underscores the team’s strong performance under coach Hansi Flick, who expressed his contentment with the outcome, especially ahead of the international break.

However, reports indicate that Brazilian winger Rafinha expressed his frustration following the substitution of Ferran Torres, claiming that Torres’ poor decision-making has been detrimental to the team. As one of Barcelona’s top performers this season, Rafinha allegedly urged club president Joan Laporta to rethink Torres’ future, warning that his lackluster form could harm the squad. He suggested that if Torres doesn’t improve, the club may need to consider selling him.

Despite this internal friction, Barcelona remains in a strong position, and with Lewandowski at the forefront, they are well-equipped to challenge for the La Liga title this season.
