Bayern Munich forward Thomas MĂŒller has quickly reacted to the draw that places his team against Barcelona in the 2024/25 Champions League group stage.
In an Instagram video, MĂŒller shared his enthusiasm, stating, âIâm very excited to meet my old friend, Hansi Flick, at FC Barcelona and all the other teams. Take care and BE EXCITED for a new style of Champions League.â
MĂŒller previously played under Flick at Bayern Munich, contributing significantly to the team’s quadruple victory in 2020. Barcelona will host Bayern in one of their four home games during the UCL group stage, looking to avenge their last defeat to MĂŒller and Bayern in 2022.
