Toni Kroos asks Mbappe to learn from his Real Madrid teammate

Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé is struggling with poor form this season, which has led to his omission from the latest French national team squad. The French star is facing a challenging mental state amid heavy criticism, following disappointing results for Real Madrid in both La Liga and the Champions League.

Toni Kroos, a veteran of the club, has advised Mbappé to learn from his teammate Jude Bellingham if he hopes to regain his top form. According to Kroos, Bellingham is often the one making runs, initiating play, and driving the team forward. He emphasized that while it’s acceptable for others to occasionally take on these roles, it cannot be a constant expectation, as it currently is with Mbappé.

Kroos pointed out that Bellingham’s willingness to make those efforts comes from his passion and determination. He suggested that Mbappé needs time but must learn to adapt to playing as a center-forward with the same level of commitment and drive.

The German midfielder also noted that the team seems frustrated with Mbappé’s lack of contribution in this regard, which he can understand. Kroos concluded by advising coach Carlo Ancelotti to use Bellingham’s work ethic as a model for Mbappé, or consider leaving him out of the starting lineup if he doesn’t show improvement.
