Osimhen’s connection to Arsenal goes back some time. Although he had expressed interest in joining Arsenal, the Gunners pulled out of the pursuit toward the end of the transfer window. After a summer full of speculation, Osimhen moved from Napoli to Galatasaray on a season-long loan.
Galatasaray is now keen on making the move permanent, reportedly offering Napoli around ÂŁ42 million for the striker, according to Turkish outlet Sozcu.
Italian football expert Adriano del Monte praised Osimhen as âone of the very best players in world footballâ last year, and his impressive goal tally further supports this assessment.
