The former Brighton midfielder acknowledged that pursuing legal action was Mayan’s decision, which she is entitled to, and clarified that their differences had been discussed at the time of their breakup. He reaffirmed his intention to resolve the issue through legal processes.

“There was no more relationship. She took her path, I took mine, and that’s it.”
“As for the lawsuit, it’s in court, where it should be, and we’re waiting. We discussed everything at the time, but it was clearly her decision. Everything is fine, and she is within her rights.”
