Liverpool has reportedly made a substantial offer to sign Juventus striker Kenan Yildiz, even after their initial bid was rejected.
The 18-year-old, valued at €40 million (£34.4M), has attracted interest from Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig, but all three clubs have been informed that he is not for sale.
Sporting director Jorg Schmadtke persuaded Liverpool to make a bid for Yildiz, but Juventus quickly rejected the offer, firmly stating that the player is not available for transfer.
A transfer could still be possible if the right offer arises. However, Liverpool’s current focus is on strengthening their defense and midfield.
