Liverpool has reportedly made a notable offer to sign Juventus forward Kenan Yildiz, despite an initial refusal.
The 18-year-old, valued at €40 million (£34.4M), attracted interest from Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig, but all parties were informed that he is not available for transfer.
Sporting director Jorg Schmadtke persuaded Liverpool to make a bid, but Juventus quickly rejected the offer, firmly stating that Yildiz is not for sale.
A transfer could still happen if the right offer comes along, but Liverpool’s current focus is on strengthening their defense and midfield.
