Vitor Roque wins a penalty for Betis against Barcelona, emotionally celebrates after it is scored

In the 63rd minute of the match between Barcelona and Real Betis, a troubling moment occurred for the Blaugrana. Vitor Roque, currently on loan to Betis from Barcelona, received the ball on the left wing, advanced into the box, and was brought down by Frenkie de Jong.

The referee awarded a penalty and dismissed Barcelona’s manager, Hansi Flick, for protesting. However, the most intriguing part came after Giovani Lo Celso successfully converted the penalty—Roque joined him in an emotional celebration of the goal.

To be fair, Roque was simply thrilled to perform well in such a significant match against the team that never gave him a chance. Barcelona could certainly benefit from a player like him in his current form!
