Georgian international Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has reportedly already named the club he dreams of joining amid rumours linking him with a move away from Napoli.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has reportedly already shared his preferred club amid transfer rumors linking him to a move from Napoli. The Georgian international, who joined Napoli in 2022 from Dinamo Batumi for a fee between €10 million and €12 million, has quickly become one of football’s top talents, with 30 goals and 29 assists in 107 appearances. As a result, he’s drawn interest from clubs like Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool, currently leading the Premier League, is rumored to be eyeing Kvaratskhelia as a potential January transfer target, although they are not actively seeking a winger. Reports suggest that if the opportunity arises, Liverpool could enter the race alongside PSG and Chelsea.
Before his move to Napoli, Kvaratskhelia expressed his childhood dream of winning the Champions League with Real Madrid, stating, “Since I was a kid, I’m a Real Madrid fan.” Although focused on his current role at Napoli, he acknowledged his long-standing admiration for the Spanish club.
Earlier, Kvaratskhelia’s father shared his son’s admiration for the Spanish giants.
Badri Kvaratskhelia stated, according to GOAL: “For Khvicha, facing Real Madrid was something special. He’s always dreamed of it, and I believe he still dreams of playing for them.
“In our family, everyone supports Los Blancos, except for me. That made the match even more meaningful.”
At the same time, Kvaratskhelia’s agent, Mamuka Jugheli, also discussed the winger’s affection for Real Madrid.
He mentioned: “His father and I are Barcelona fans, but Kvara has a love for Real Madrid. If I ever see him in a Barcelona shirt, I would be happy, but he’s a Madridista at heart.”
