Barcelona is showing interest in Liverpool’s Dutch defender, Virgil van Dijk.
The Spanish club is reportedly considering a move for the 33-year-old, whose contract runs until the summer of 2025. However, to facilitate the transfer, Barcelona may need to offload Uruguayan defender Ronald Araujo, who is drawing interest from multiple Premier League teams.
This season, Van Dijk has made 32 appearances for Liverpool, scoring three goals and registering one assist. His market value, according to Transfermarkt, stands at €28 million.
Meanwhile, Van Dijk has urged Liverpool to remain focused ahead of the Carabao Cup final.
