AC Milan are reportedly open to selling Rafael Leao at the end of the season, according to sources in Italy.
The club is keen on securing Joao Felix for another season and believes offloading Leao could help facilitate the transfer. While Leao has struggled with consistency and was benched by former coach Paulo Fonseca, he has since regained his place under new manager Sergio Conceicao. However, his goal contributions remain modest, averaging one every four games.
Barcelona are among the strongest admirers of the Portuguese winger, with sporting director Deco viewing him as a potential solution to their issues on the left wing.
Milan are looking to extend Felix’s loan with a €40 million buyout clause and may need to sell either Leao or Theo Hernandez to fund the deal.
