Vinicius Junior demands to be paid more than Kylian Mbappe as three demands laid out to Real Madrid in contract talks

Vinicius Junior has reportedly set three key conditions for Real Madrid in ongoing contract renewal talks. The Brazilian winger is pushing for a substantial salary increase, aiming for an annual net income exceeding €25 million. This would place him above current teammates Kylian Mbappé and Jude Bellingham, who each earn around €15 million.

Additionally, Vinicius wants salary parity with Mbappé, ensuring he does not earn less than the French superstar. His demands come as he receives staggering offers from Saudi Arabian clubs, allegedly willing to offer a five-year contract worth €1 billion—equivalent to €200 million per year.

The situation has fueled debate among football analysts. Tomás Roncero warned that external influences might be affecting Vinicius’s focus, while Manu Carreño pointed out the difficult choice he faces between securing his legacy at Real Madrid or accepting the immense financial incentives from Saudi clubs.

Real Madrid must now decide whether to meet Vinicius’s demands to secure his long-term future or risk losing one of their brightest stars to a record-breaking offer from abroad.
