One of Barcelona’s top stars of the season turns against Hansi Flick after the Las Palmas match

Barcelona secured a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Las Palmas last night, maintaining their position at the top of La Liga with 54 points. However, despite the win, the team struggled to find their rhythm, delivering an underwhelming performance for much of the game.

Tensions arose in the locker room after the match, particularly involving one of Barcelona’s standout players this season, Lamine Yamal. According to the Spanish newspaper El Nacional, Yamal was visibly frustrated after being substituted in the final ten minutes, believing the decision was unfair—especially given Robert Lewandowski’s missed chances.

Yamal reportedly felt that Lewandowski lacked the energy and speed to press Las Palmas’ defense effectively and that the Polish striker should have been the one taken off instead. His frustration led to a strained moment with coach Hansi Flick, whose tactical choices have now come under scrutiny among the squad.

Despite this minor internal conflict, Barcelona remains in control at the top of the league. However, this incident highlights potential tensions between the players and Flick, which could affect the team dynamic in the coming weeks.
