Barcelona reportedly working on new deal to make Raphinha one of the top earners

Barcelona Set to Reward Raphinha with a New Contract

Raphinha is enjoying his best season since arriving at Barcelona, proving his worth under Hansi Flick after nearly losing his place last summer. The club had considered signing Nico Williams, but when the move fell through, the Brazilian seized his opportunity and has become a key player.

According to Sport, Barcelona are now preparing to offer Raphinha a contract extension. Sporting director Deco is working on a proposal to increase his salary and elevate him to one of the club’s top earners. Additionally, Barça plan to convert some of his performance-based bonuses into guaranteed payments.

Despite already being under contract until 2027, Barcelona want to extend his deal by two more years, securing his future at the club.

Last summer, Al Hilal made a €100 million bid for Raphinha and offered him a €15 million net salary, but he rejected the move, choosing to stay loyal to Barcelona.

Chelsea Eye Gavi with €60 Million Bid

Meanwhile, Chelsea are reportedly preparing a €60 million offer for Gavi. The Spanish midfielder is one of Barcelona’s brightest young talents, but with financial constraints still a concern, the club may have a tough decision to make if a formal bid arrives.

Barcelona fans will now be watching closely to see how the club handles both Raphinha’s renewal and Chelsea’s interest in Gavi.
