Bournemouth sets price for Liverpool target

Liverpool Lead Race for Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez! Reds Must Pay £45M to Secure In-Demand Full-Back.

Liverpool have emerged as frontrunners in the race to sign Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez, but they will need to meet the Cherries’ £45 million valuation to seal the deal. The 21-year-old has impressed in his second season at the Vitality Stadium, contributing seven goal involvements—including five assists.

Manchester United are also monitoring Kerkez, but Liverpool hold the edge, partly due to their sporting director Richard Hughes, who originally signed the defender for Bournemouth from AZ Alkmaar for £15 million.

With Kerkez hinting at a desire to play for an elite club, Bournemouth may be forced to cash in despite their reluctance to sell. The club’s chairman, Bill Foley, has suggested he won’t stand in the way of players seeking moves.

Will Liverpool push ahead and secure their latest defensive reinforcement, or could a bidding war drive the price even

higher?
