Raphinha Attracts €100M Bid Amid Ballon d’Or Contention and Champions League Heroics

Barcelona winger Raphinha is enjoying a breakout season, having scored 15 goals in 28 La Liga starts and playing a key role in pushing the Catalan giants seven points clear at the top of the table.

However, it’s on the European stage where the Brazilian has truly shone — netting an impressive 12 goals in as many Champions League appearances, helping Barcelona reach the semi-finals.

His exceptional form has put him in the conversation for the 2025 Ballon d’Or and attracted serious interest from abroad.

According to Sport, Saudi Pro League powerhouse Al-Hilal has submitted a €100 million (£86 million) offer for Raphinha and is prepared to offer him a massive four-year contract worth £150 million in total.

Despite Raphinha turning down a move last summer, Al-Hilal remains hopeful of changing his mind this time, banking on the lucrative package and the club’s growing ambitions.

Barcelona Reportedly Receive £86M Offer for Raphinha as Al-Hilal Open Talks Over Summer Move

Barcelona star Raphinha is at the center of major transfer interest following a stellar season that has seen him emerge as one of the top performers in Europe. The Brazilian winger, who has scored 15 goals in 28 La Liga starts and 12 goals in 12 Champions League appearances, is now viewed as a serious contender for the 2025 Ballon d’Or.

According to Sport, Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal has submitted a €100 million (£86 million) bid for Raphinha and is offering him a four-year deal worth a staggering £150 million in total. Despite turning down a similar approach last year, Al-Hilal is optimistic about sealing the deal this time.

Raphinha previously admitted he considered leaving Barcelona last summer but ultimately stayed, crediting new coach Hansi Flick and working with a psychologist as key to his decision. Speaking to Globo Esporte, he shared:
“After Copa América, I was mentally struggling. Rumors were constant. But I believed Flick would recognize my quality—and he did. Working with a psychologist helped me regain focus.”

Now thriving under Flick and potentially on the brink of Champions League glory, Raphinha appears committed to his role at Barcelona, making a summer exit seem unlikely — but not impossible, especially with such an enticing offer on the table.
