Barcelona Outline Recovery Plan for Lamine Yamal
Barcelona have mapped out a clear recovery schedule for teenage sensation Lamine Yamal, with the aim of having him fully fit in time for El Clásico on October 26.
According to reports, the 17-year-old winger will be eased back into action following his recent setback. The plan is for Yamal to feature for a few minutes against Girona on October 18, step into the starting XI versus Olympiacos on October 21, and be ready to play a full role in the highly anticipated clash with Real Madrid.
As a result, Yamal is only expected to miss Barcelona’s upcoming fixture against Sevilla and the international break, ensuring his absence is minimal.
The club are confident that this gradual return will allow him to regain sharpness without risking further injury — a huge boost for Xavi Hernández as Barça prepare for one of the most crucial stretches of the season.
