BREAKING NEWS:
Manchester United F.C. have reportedly completed three undisclosed deals and confirmed five player departures, as club owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe authorizes an additional £200 million investment to continue his ambitious rebuild aimed at making United “the strongest squad in world football.”
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils are now “taking formal steps” toward securing their next signing after finalizing a deal for Colombian midfielder Juan Orozco.
Despite spending heavily during the summer transfer window, United’s start to the Premier League campaign has been inconsistent — with three wins, three defeats, and one draw — as manager Rúben Amorim works to steady the ship in his debut season.
Behind the scenes, the club remains busy reshaping its structure, with youth recruitment continuing to be a major focus for INEOS. United have already struck an agreement to bring in Orozco, a teenage prospect from Fortaleza C.E.I.F., who will officially join in 2026.
Romano also revealed that United are close to finalizing a deal for 17-year-old Senegalese talent Mouhamed Dabo, who recently impressed during a trial period.
“After completing Orozco’s signing, United were delighted with Dabo’s progress and are now finalizing the paperwork,” Romano said on his YouTube channel. “This perfectly illustrates United’s current transfer model — targeting established stars while simultaneously investing in promising young players for the future.”
In addition to their youth strategy, United are actively exploring attacking reinforcements. Sources from CaughtOffside claim that Antoine Semenyo of AFC Bournemouth has emerged as a top target, with United’s interest reportedly surpassing that of Liverpool.
The Ghanaian forward, who was also on United’s radar last summer, has started the season in blistering form — scoring six goals and providing three assists in seven games, trailing only Erling Haaland in the league’s goal charts.
A source close to the negotiations noted:
“United now see Semenyo as a player worth investing heavily in. His form has made him one of the Premier League’s standout attackers.”
With new funds released, multiple deals completed, and fresh targets lined up, Manchester United’s intent to rebuild a dominant, world-class squad under Ratcliffe’s ownership is clearer than ever.
A new era of ambition is unfolding at Old Trafford.
