Real Madrid decides to get rid of the team’s star player after his poor performance this season

Real Madrid officials are contemplating letting go of one of the team’s key players due to noticeable shortcomings in his performance recently. The significant defeat in the Clasico against Barcelona has prompted a reassessment of certain players and preparations for potential departures in the upcoming transfer window.

In 2023, Real Madrid invested 80 million euros to sign Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco after missing out on Kylian Mbappe, outbidding clubs like Liverpool. However, they might now consider selling him.

Tchouameni has received considerable criticism at the Santiago Bernabeu this season. While Ancelotti has shown support for him, faith in his abilities is waning among others. Some coaching staff members express concern over Tchouameni’s struggles to establish himself in midfield, noting a lack of improvement.

According to the Spanish outlet “Relevo,” Real Madrid is now open to offers for Tchouameni, viewing him as dispensable in their future plans. Ancelotti believes Tchouameni has yet to prove his worth and is increasingly focusing on Eduardo Camavinga instead.
