BARCELONARashford says ‘I do,’ Laporta prepares his registration, and Tebas licks his lips.

Everything has been agreed upon with Rashford, but his registration depends on Javier Tebas, and Joan Laporta is expecting the worst outcome.

Rúben Amorim, the Portuguese coach of Manchester United, stated, “I’d put the 63-year-old goalkeeping coach in the lineup before Rashford,” making it clear that the player is eager to join Barça as soon as possible.

Rashford: Could it Be Another Olmo Situation? However, Barça has not yet made a formal offer to Manchester United for the player. The club is being cautious to avoid another setback, like the Olmo registration issue, and wants to make sure they can register him first. Laporta is determined not to face a similar situation as they did with Olmo.

For Olmo’s registration, La Liga approved the club’s finances and allowed them to access the 1:1 system. Consequently, Barça needs to free up a player in order to register Rashford.

Laporta is working on smoothing things over with Javier Tebas, who has already taken the Olmo case to court. Tebas, a Real Madrid supporter, is reportedly looking to block Rashford’s registration.

Barça Hasn’t Made a Formal Offer Yet The situation is complicated, which is why Barcelona has not yet put forward an official offer to Manchester United for a loan deal until June 30, with an option to buy later.

Manchester United expects Barça to cover the remaining portion of Rashford’s annual salary, which amounts to around €9 million, a sum Barça cannot afford at the moment.

However, Rashford is willing to make financial sacrifices in exchange for future compensation, and this is what Barça is currently negotiating with him. The player has agreed to the move and is eager to join the club. His contract would follow a similar structure to Lewandowski’s, increasing over time.

Rashford Only Wants To Be Registered Rashford has made it clear that he wants to leave Manchester United, where the atmosphere is toxic, especially under new coach Rúben Amorim, with whom he has no relationship. He feels neglected by Amorim, who is not part of United’s history, and he no longer wishes to endure this situation.

Amorim has made it clear he does not want Rashford in his locker room, and Manchester United has put him on the market, hoping for a good offer. However, Rashford is only interested in joining Barça, and his only condition is that he is registered with the club.

Given the complications surrounding the Olmo case, it may be difficult for Laporta to convince Javier Tebas to allow the registration of Rashford. Laporta is contemplating making the case a public scandal to highlight La Liga’s apparent efforts to block his moves.

Meanwhile, from Turkey, José Mourinho is trying to hijack the deal by attempting to take Rashford to Fenerbahçe. The Turkish club’s president is reportedly negotiating with Manchester United.

Despite this, Rashford has committed to Laporta and will only break his word if Barça informs him that they are unable to register him.
