A deal has been completed. The news that an important player from Liverpool has agreed to join RB Leipzig and reconnect with Pep Lijnders was officially made public this morning.

Liverpool’s pursuit of new signings has not yet succeeded, but the club seems ready to part ways with another player. Bobby Clark is expected to leave Anfield, with Red Bull Salzburg reportedly finalizing a deal valued at €11.65 million (ÂŁ10 million) for the 19-year-old. Salzburg’s third offer, which followed two previous rejected bids, has finally met Liverpool’s requirements. The agreement includes a sell-on clause and grants Liverpool the right of first refusal if Salzburg chooses to sell Clark in the future.

Football insider Fabrizio Romano confirmed the transfer, announcing on social media that the young midfielder is set to join Pep Lijnders’ team at Salzburg. The move is anticipated to be completed shortly, with personal terms likely just a formality at this point. As the transfer window nears its close, Liverpool fans are still awaiting news of new signings, but it seems the club is currently concentrating on finalizing outgoing transfers.
