Manchester City and Liverpool are both showing interest in signing Chelsea star Cole Palmer, who could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge this summer.

Liverpool are reportedly keeping a close eye on Chelsea’s rising star Cole Palmer, with journalist Simon Phillips revealing both the Reds and Manchester City have shown interest in the England international ahead of the summer transfer window.

Palmer has been in superb form since leaving City for Chelsea, scoring 34 goals in 89 appearances and quickly establishing himself as a key player. While there’s no indication Chelsea are willing to sell, Phillips confirmed Liverpool are “sniffing around,” and City have already made an enquiry.

Chelsea legend John Terry has called Palmer “incredible,” and his potential arrival at Anfield could address Liverpool’s recent attacking inconsistency, with Luis Díaz, Gakpo, and Jota struggling for consistency.

Would you like a comparison of Palmer’s stats to Liverpool’s current forwards?
