Arsenal boss sets to drop starman

Arsenal boss faces massive selection dilemma ahead of Champions League showdown at the Emirates

Mikel Arteta has confirmed he’s on the verge of dropping a major Arsenal star for the high-stakes second leg against PSG — and all signs point to Gabriel Jesus.

> “The coaching staff have suggested that I should drop him against PSG. This is going to be a huge decision… I just hope I won’t regret it later,” Arteta revealed.

With Jesus struggling to find form and Kai Havertz impressing in a central role, the Brazilian’s place is under serious threat. Saka and Martinelli are safe, but Jesus could be sacrificed in what Arteta described as a potentially season-defining move.

The Gunners’ fanbase is split: some defend Jesus’ experience in big matches, while others believe it’s time to back the in-form attackers. Whatever the decision, the spotlight will be blazing on Arsenal’s lineup come matchday.
