A major update regarding Liverpool forward Luis Díaz suggests the club’s summer transfer strategy could be taking a significant turn.
Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri has reported via X that Bayern Munich are preparing a formal bid of €70 million plus €10 million in add-ons for the Colombian international. Negotiations are said to be already underway.
According to the report, Liverpool are unlikely to block Díaz’s departure, particularly as the 28-year-old is believed to be keen on the move. The club would reportedly be open to letting him go, provided the offer meets their valuation.
Díaz, who tallied 17 goals and eight assists in 50 appearances last season, has drawn interest from Barcelona and clubs in Saudi Arabia, but Bayern now appear to be leading the race for his signature.
