Federico Valverde was absolutely stunned when his EA FC 25 rating was revealed after guessing it completely wrong

Real Madrid star Federico Valverde was left stunned by his rating on the upcoming EA FC 25.

The popular football video game is scheduled for a global release later this month and will feature several new enhancements.

One of the updates, FC IQ, aims to provide improved strategic control and more realistic team movement.

EA FC 25 also promises an unmatched level of authenticity, offering the most lifelike experience of football’s major competitions, clubs, and stars.

In a YouTube video, EA Sports unveiled the ratings for Madrid players. Valverde was surprised to find that his guessed rating was far off from the actual rating.

When informed that his rating was 88, Valverde was visibly astonished and then shared a handshake with teammate Endrick.

On social media, reactions varied:

One fan remarked, “He doesn’t even realize how good he is.”

Another tweeted, “He’s the most likable and humble Madrid player.”

A third commented, “Maybe he didn’t know much about FC at all.”

Someone else wrote, “Valverde’s modest expectations are hilarious! He surely has more to offer in the game. Can’t wait to see his rating!”

A fifth fan questioned, “Why would he downgrade himself?”

Another added, “Valverde’s being modest! His real rating should reflect his top performance on the pitch. He’s definitely in the 90s!”

In the 24/25 La Liga season, Valverde has recorded one goal and one assist in four matches.

Madrid is currently in second place in the La Liga standings with eight points, trailing four points behind Barcelona, who have won all four of their games.

Los Blancos will resume La Liga play this weekend, facing Real Sociedad at the Anoeta Stadium.
