Recently, Real Madrid successfully signed Kylian Mbappé from Paris Saint-Germain, who joined for free after his contract expired, alongside the young Brazilian talent Endrick. According to Spanish newspaper Defensa Central, one of the main targets is Trent Alexander-Arnold, viewed as a potential replacement for Dani Carvajal.
Trent Alexander-Arnold’s contract with Liverpool expires on June 30. Although he initially wanted to remain at Liverpool, reports suggest his stance has shifted recently, partly due to Jude Bellingham’s influence, as Bellingham encourages him to consider joining Real Madrid.
According to the newspaper, Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez has prioritized Alexander-Arnold for the upcoming summer transfer window, particularly given Dani Carvajal’s aging and the need for a capable player in that position.
Bellingham, who shares a close friendship with Arnold, is reportedly advising him not to extend his contract with Liverpool. Additionally, Arnold’s discomfort with the new manager could significantly affect his future decisions.
