Santiago Solari, the ex-Real Madrid coach now working in the club’s sports department, has recommended to Florentino Perez’s management that they sign one of Argentina’s top young talents. Real Madrid is aiming to finalize numerous contracts with elite players and international stars to ensure the team’s future success for years to come.

According to a report by the Spanish daily AS on Sunday, Argentine Santiago Solari is urging Real Madrid to pursue his compatriot Franco Mastantuno in the near future. The Madrid newspaper noted that there are currently no discussions underway to sign the player, who is under contract with Argentine club River Plate, with a release clause set at 41.5 million euros. Mastantuno, a 16-year-old midfielder, is regarded as one of Argentina’s most promising talents, and his contract with River Plate runs until December 2026.

The player’s market value, estimated by Transfer Market, is around 10 million euros. Although he has only played one international match for the Argentine U-20 team, he has recently attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain, who are also considering offering him a contract.
