Chelsea receive massive Victor Osimhen transfer boost with ‘phenomenal’ swap deal now on the cards

Chelsea have reported received a huge boost in their bid to buy Napoli star Victor Osimhen, with a swap deal now in the pipeline.

The Blues have been very active this summer, having already signed players such as Marc Guiu, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Filip Jorgensen, Omari Kellyman, Aaron Anselmino, Renato Veiga, Caleb Wiley, Pedro Neto, and Tosin Adarabioyo.

With the new season beginning this weekend, it is being suggested that Chelsea might receive a significant boost in their efforts to acquire Osimhen.

According to iNews, Paris Saint-Germain may withdraw from the pursuit of the Napoli striker unless they can secure significant funds through high-profile sales. If PSG steps back, Chelsea could have a clear path to sign Osimhen.

Additionally, The Sun has reported that Chelsea might be close to finalizing an impressive swap deal for Osimhen. The report indicates that Antonio Conte, now managing the Italian club, is seeking £97.5 million Stamford Bridge outcast Romelu Lukaku, young midfielder Cesare Casadei valued at £17 million, plus an additional £39 million to complete the transfer.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca is reportedly eager to bring Osimhen into his squad following the collapse of the deal to sign Atletico Madrid forward Samuel Omorodion.
