Real Madrid sh.ocks Ancelotti and announces the injury of two of the team’s stars after the Real Betis match

Real Madrid has officially announced that two key players from the first team are injured following their match against Real Betis. The team secured a 2-0 victory over Real Betis thanks to Kylian Mbappe’s performance. With this win, Real Madrid moved to 8 points, sitting in second place, 4 points behind Barcelona, while Real Betis remains in seventeenth place with 2 points.

Dani Ceballos started the match against Betis but had to leave in the 65th minute due to an injury sustained during the game. The club stated that after medical examinations, Ceballos was diagnosed with a third-degree sprain and ligament damage in his right ankle. His recovery timeline will determine his return.

According to Spanish newspaper “AS,” Ceballos is expected to be out for 6 to 8 weeks. This injury is particularly inconvenient for Ceballos as he was poised to receive more playtime due to injuries to midfielders Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham.

The injury issues continued as French Radio Monte Carlo reported on Monday evening that Ferland Mendy, Real Madrid’s right-back, is dealing with a right leg injury. This injury will keep him out of the French national team for the current international break.
