Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has decided to return to the sidelines, managing Borussia Dortmund in a special one-off match on Saturday.
The 57-year-old, who departed from Liverpool at the end of the 2023/24 season, has been relishing his time off by attending Euro 2024, the Paris Olympics, and vacationing in Mallorca.
Following a successful nine-year tenure at Liverpool, during which he led the team to numerous titles and established himself as one of their greatest managers, Klopp has been reflecting on his future.
His exit from Liverpool was heartfelt, but he left a formidable team for new manager Arne Slot, who has seen the squad perform strongly this season.
