One Manchester City transfer target has spoken about his future and has refused to rule out an exit.
After securing four consecutive Premier League titles, Manchester City had a relatively subdued summer transfer window. They signed winger Savinho from Troyes and welcomed back midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, who returned from Barcelona.
However, the club parted ways with Julian Alvarez, Joao Cancelo, Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Sergio Gomez, and Tommy Doyle.
City was linked with various players throughout the summer, including Eberechi Eze, Kyogo Furuhashi, Bruno Guimaraes, Luis Diaz, and Jamal Musiala. The latter, a Bayern Munich star, has been mentioned as a potential long-term replacement for Kevin De Bruyne.
Recently, Musiala discussed his future with Bayern Munich in an interview with Welt Am Sonntag. He stated, “I’m very happy at FC Bayern and fully focused on our goals. Playing abroad like (Jude) Bellingham? I’m not thinking about where I will be in five years. Things can always change quickly in the world of football.”
Musiala also shared that he and Manchester United’s Joshua Zirkzee had joked about rumors linking him with a move to Old Trafford.

Musiala has started the 24/25 Bundesliga season strongly, scoring once in two matches under new manager Vincent Kompany. Bayern Munich is currently second in the league table on goal difference, just behind Heidenheim and ahead of RB Leipzig.
Following the international break, Bayern will resume domestic play with a match against Holstein Kiel.
