BREAKING NEWS: Liverpool are preparing a huge offer to sign Real Madrid star.

Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool is uncertain as he enters the final year of his contract. Although the club plans to begin negotiations soon, there has been no official word on whether he will remain at Anfield after this season. Amid ongoing links to a move to the Saudi Pro League, Liverpool is exploring potential replacements.

One candidate that has come up is Rodrygo from Real Madrid. While Liverpool hopes to extend Salah’s contract, they are proactively preparing for the future. A report from *Fichajes* indicates that Arne Slot, who has been linked to the managerial position at Liverpool, is interested in signing Rodrygo as a possible successor to Salah. If Liverpool is serious about acquiring the 23-year-old Brazilian, a substantial financial commitment will be necessary.

Real Madrid’s president, Florentino Pérez, might entertain significant offers for Rodrygo, with an initial price of €100 million (£84 million) thought to be enough to start talks.

Salah currently earns £350,000 per week, totaling nearly £20 million annually, making him Liverpool’s highest-paid player, according to *Spotrac*. If the club does not extend his contract, he could leave for free at the end of the season. This scenario would free up considerable funds that Liverpool could use to attract Rodrygo from Madrid.

Rodrygo has nearly four years left on his contract with Real Madrid and has been a vital player for the team, scoring 57 goals and providing 43 assists in 225 appearances since joining five years ago.
