According to statements reported by Football Spain, Mourinho noted, “The biggest club in the world can only sign the best players.” He added, “Real Madrid excels at recruiting top talent, having signed Vinicius and Rodrigo as teenagers, as well as Jude Bellingham and Arda Guler at a young age, and now they have Endrick.” Mourinho emphasized the importance of personality for playing at Real Madrid, praising Guler for his impressive character and skill.

Mourinho also mentioned, “Carlo Ancelotti is an excellent coach for Arda Guler to learn from, and a bright future awaits him.” He added, “I hope Ancelotti will provide him with more playing time to showcase his talent.” At 19 years old, Guler excels in the right attacking wing position, and his contract with Real Madrid runs until June 2029.
