🔥🏟️I cried so hard when He told me He will be leaving us by January, without Him we’re useless on the pitch”, Zinchenko broke down in tears during press conference as another Arsenal key player confirm departure by January – Not Saka and not Martinelli

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has made it clear that Kieran Tierney is not in his future plans, suggesting the left-back is likely to leave the club in January. This follows Tierney’s difficult loan at Real Sociedad, which did not meet expectations.

There were strong indications that Tierney would leave during the summer transfer window, but those plans shifted dramatically after he suffered a serious hamstring injury while playing for Scotland against Switzerland in the Euro 2024 group stage. This injury not only kept him out of the tournament but also postponed any transfer discussions.

Despite recovering, Tierney has not been included in any matchday squads this season, highlighting his diminished status within the team. Many fans have seemingly forgotten about him, reflecting his lack of favor with the coaching staff.

Respected Arsenal journalist Charles Watts commented on Tierney’s situation, stating that the 27-year-old is no longer part of Arteta’s plans. He noted that this decision isn’t based on personal issues but rather on the club’s evolution and changing tactical needs. Arteta’s system requires different qualities from defenders, which no longer align with Tierney’s strengths.

Watts added that if not for his injury during the Euros, Tierney might have already transferred to another club. Currently, it seems likely that he will seek a loan in January to regain playing time, with hopes of a permanent move later.

Despite these challenges, Tierney retains a strong bond with fans, who still view him as a cherished figure at Arsenal. Supporters have expressed sympathy for his situation, with some criticizing the club’s treatment of him. One fan remarked on social media that it feels disrespectful to neglect a player who was crucial during tough times, suggesting that some players receive more favorable treatment than others.

As Arsenal navigates this transition, Tierney’s future remains uncertain, and it will be interesting to see how the situation develops as January approaches.
